Payments can be processed in person during office hours. You may also arrange to have your payment automatically charged to your credit card.
We accept Debit, Visa or MasterCard, Cash, and Personal Cheques.

Storage Tips.
Here are some helpful tips for your storage unit and for packing your household items.
- Never store anything that’s damp. Verify everything is dry before storing. Damp or wet items contribute to moisture levels and can cause mould.
- Properly protect your belongings. Wrap and cover furniture and mattresses with blankets and plastic sheets; use pallets to keep items off concrete floors.
- Inspect your storage space. Ensure it is clean and undamaged, with a door in good working order.
- Determine the packing accessories you need. Paper, bubble wrap, tape, rope, drop cloths, furniture covers, pallets, skids, file boxes, and cartons.
- Fill containers only to capacity. Avoid partially filled or bulging cartons. Pack heavy items like books in small boxes for easier lifting. Fragile goods should be packed near the top.
- Label boxes. Keep a list for quick reference.
- Pack the storage space carefully. Leave ventilation space, don’t lean items against walls, leave a walkway for access, use full height, and place frequently used goods near the door.
- Appliances: Dry thoroughly; store fridges/freezers with doors slightly ajar; clean cooking equipment.
- Bicycles & metal items: Wipe with a rag containing a few drops of oil to prevent rust.
- Books & documents: Pack flat; use pallets to avoid moisture; fill box pockets with packing paper.
- Bedding, clothing, curtains & linens: Store on hangers in wardrobe cartons or fold carefully in drawers/chests.
- Dishes & glassware: Wrap individually, fill spaces with paper, label boxes, and don’t place heavy items on top.
- Furniture: Use pallets/cardboard mats, disassemble where possible, wrap legs, and use dust covers.
- Holiday decorations: Keep in original cartons; pad ornaments; wrap lights around cardboard.
- Fabric items: Ensure they are clean and pest-free.
- Lamps: Wrap bases and shades separately; don’t use newsprint on shades; avoid placing heavy items on lamp boxes.
- Mirrors, windows, and screens: Store on edge, not flat.
- Tools: Clean, lightly oil, and tie long-handled tools in bundles.
